We have 20 years of experience in the engineered production of mechanical parts from a few grams to about hundred Kg.
Computer development of mechanical parts:
- 3D computer animated simulation of movements
- analysis of cinematic and dynamic stress of materials and parts
- calculation of the correct and adequate dimensions and price/material/heat treatment relation according to the required tensile strength, hardness and elongation
- reduction of weight to optimize the allowed safety level
We are capable to develop our drawing based on your sample.
Many welded parts can be replaced by steel casting parts of a lower weight and at a lower cost.
Methods of production:
Hot formed (forged):
- Warm and hot forging
Cold formed and cold extruded:
- cold forming of bolts and nuts
- cold extruding of shafts and gears
Casting:
- steel casting with all alloys in lost wax casting
- micro casting from 1 gram upwards
- nodular grey iron + casting up to 1'300 Newton
- stainless steel with surface polishing
Machining with all types of CNC and modern equipment:
- machine finishing of hot formed, cold formed, cold extruded and casted parts
- machining from full metal parts such as gears, rings and any short or long parts
Additional treatments:
- heat treatment for tensile strength, hardening of surface
- Plating, phosphating, blackening, special oil coatings etc
Quality control and certificates:
- full chemical analysis of the material
- analysis of mechanical properties: hardness, tensile strength and elongation
- standard and special gauge testing (if requested one by one)
